A major transformation of an inner city Condo.
This project was completed with a medium level of finish envisaged.
The condo was completely stripped out with new ceilings were installed throughout to remove the old vermiculite/popcorn finish. Extensive bump outs and dropped sections allowed the new ducted HVAC layout through the apartment.
New doors were installed to all rooms and the door heights lowered to allow HVAC air conditioning vents access.
A complete new kitchen, bathrooms and half bath were installed along with the creation of an internal store room and separate utility.
The original layout contained a wash basin and taps in the master bedroom. This was removed and the master bathroom reconfigured to add.
