The brief for this home build was to design and build a new luxury home from scratch that had a grand facade without being a two story home.
We designed a high front roof line with features complementary to the slope of the plot and an external boundary wall that blended with the under croft to read as a two story at first glance.
The selection of materials and contrasting elements are deliberate and chosen to create a timeless look that whilst fashionable, will not date.
Internally, the open plan layout includes a massive kitchen and butler pantry, huge living spaces to suit the clients request for large entertaining areas, large bedrooms, a 4 car undercroft garage and heated pool with spa.
