A major renovation and rework of an existing Dallas home.
This home was full of potential from the moment we saw it.
It had been extended and had minor renovations done previously, none of which were sympathetic to the layout or the livability of the home.
We converted a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home into a 4 bedroom 3 bath plus study and powder room and made the living interact with the outdoors, along with a re-wire, new HVAC and many many other upgrades.
We purchased this home, CAD designed, documented and obtained permits, undertook the major renovation works including rectify non-code compliant previous plumbing works….. .
