we design

We have extensive experience in designing and redeveloping both single residential homes and multi-family apartments and results of over 25 years of hands on construction and renovation experience in all types of residential construction methods. 

We detail & obtain permits

Whilst others rely upon someone else to design the layout, draw the plans, ensure the design is compliant and guide it through the various requirements of the city planning permits, then send alterations back to the designer for elements (that aren’t often feasible), we draw the actual plans in-house with external input as appropriate (eg engineer), and make any evolving changes ourselves.

That means the person drawing the plans and making the changes is the person building the project!

We CREATE

We aren’t just a builder, a general contractor or just a designer, we are also (re)developers who actively examine projects for their potential then buy them, create the finished product and complete the works ourselves.
