A major rework of an inner city home. 

The new owners of this small home needed additional space and living area within a small plot.

The existing layout was reworked by the removal of selected non load bearing walls, then we built a steel and timber portal frame double story structure on the back to connect the existing and renovated the complete home to match the style and quality throughout, including bespoke paint finishes.
