A major rework of an inner city single family residence.

One of our first projects, this home was an early test of ideas and how to create living and layout concepts within limited space.

The front of the home was nondescript to the street, however being on a busy road meant that retention of the privacy wall was required for sound reduction and lifestyle.

The sloping plot meant the design required zones of living centered around the various levels, with a rear private garage opening to a lane-way.
